Bangladesh is still considered one of the poorest nations in the word and as such, economic stability and health care governance is not a strong suit. While in recent years poverty has decreased and resources have increased, orphan children often do not see those benefits. Most health workers are concentrated in urban areas, while 70% of the population lives in rural areas. Keeping the children healthy is a top priority for us. However much of the standard medication and hospital facilities are lacking. Donations towards this cause support basic cold & flu medicine, first aid kits as well as any emergency care.
