Caretaker & Staff Salary

The full-time and part-time staff are not just there to care for the children during the day. For many of the orphans they are the first and only source of stability and parental guidance. The amazing staff of 6 full time and 3 part time educators and caretakers are the foundation of the day to day operation of the orphanage. Nothing can replace the nurturing of a mother and father but for many children, that is simply not an option. Second only to food, the day and night support an abandoned child requires from a caring adult calls for the highest need of contribution.
